What are the delivery charges?

For being able to provide you with the Fashion Items you desire, we will have to care for packing and sending the items to you. The delivery fees include fees for these services.

Great news: If your order value exceeds 50 Euro, we are able to provide you free shipping / delivery.

Which payment methods are accepted on falamoda.com?

At falamoda we offer you to pay  using Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard), Direct Debit or your PayPal Account. In the future we may offer additional Payment Methods.

How long will delivery take?

Depending on public holidays and weekends, the delivery of your fashion items will take 4 to 8 working days. Yet, sometimes it goes even faster.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We at falamoda care about your data. Cookies are only used to enable you the best service possible. Your personal information is only being shared with our delivery partners. This only happens for the purpose of delivering your fashion item to you. We will not misuse it or share it with anyone outside the process. What exactly happens after ordering?

After your order, we will validate the incoming payment and directly move on with providing you your product. You will be able to enjoy it within a few days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

falamoda will provide you with an invoice to download on your account pages. Therefore, you need to be registered. Additionally, we will also provide you with an invoice by e-Mail. if for some reason you do not receive an invoice, please contact us directly.
